3. Refund Eligibility (Manufacturing Defect Only)
Refunds will only be considered if:

The issue is reported within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery

Proper unboxing video proof is provided

The product is unused and in original condition

The defect is verified by our inspection team
Any claim raised after 7 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Inspection decisions made by YUSOURCE Smart Solutions are final and binding.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Proof
Customers must record a complete unboxing video showing:

Opening process

Product condition
Failure to provide proper unboxing video proof may result in claim rejection.
This is mandatory to verify:

Missing items

Wrong product claims

Manufacturing defect claims
5. Anti-Swap & Fake Product Protection
To prevent fraud and product swapping:

All products are shipped with identifiable markings, serial numbers, or internal verification codes.

Returned products are thoroughly inspected.
If any of the following is detected:

Product swapping
-
Fake, duplicate, or non-original item
-
Missing original components
-
Intentional damage
-
Tampering or alteration
The refund request will be immediately rejected.
The returned product will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and further legal or commercial action may be taken if necessary.
6. Refund Process
If a manufacturing defect is verified:

The company may first offer a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Refunds are not automatic and remain at the sole discretion of the company.
If approved:

Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on banking channels.
Shipping charges, customs duties, or handling fees are non-refundable.
