All product issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.

If your product has a genuine factory/manufacturing defect, please contact YUSource Support within 7 days. After verification, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Damaged, Broken or Incorrect Delivery

Since shipping and logistics are handled by third-party delivery partners, please inspect your package at the time of delivery whenever possible.

If you receive a product that is:

• Broken or physically damaged

• Missing or misplaced

• Different from what you ordered

please record an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the package and product. Send the video and supporting photos to our support team as proof.

Replacement will only be provided after the issue is verified and sufficient proof is received.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer require the product.
